This reduced rate is granted in return for committing for the full year: if you cancel early, no refund is due for the period already started.
Yes. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next cycle and deletes no data: if you exceed the new plan’s limits, only new entries are blocked — your vehicles, clients and contracts stay intact and viewable.
You’re warned well before reaching it, and nothing gets blocked overnight. Vehicles in the workshop (after-sales) never count towards the stock quota: a garage that repairs a lot and sells little is not penalised.
Yes. VAT at 8.1% is calculated on every transaction, the notional input tax deduction (Art. 28a VAT Act) applies to used-vehicle purchases intended for resale, and the FTA VAT return can be exported for your accountant.
In Switzerland, at Infomaniak in Geneva. Each garage has an isolated data space, encrypted at rest and in transit. Compliant with the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
